Garshaw is serving as program specialist with OpenET, Inc. and is a Senior Specialist with the Climate Resilient Water Systems program at Environmental Defense Fund. He supports outreach and communications, use case development and the OpenET’s non-profit transition. His area of expertise includes stakeholder engagement, non-profit management and community-based watershed planning and restoration.
